Boyd Allen McCall, 63, of Bennettsville, SC passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, at his residence after an illness. Born December 19, 1958, in Bennettsville, SC he was a son of the late Howard Walter McCall and Rosa Mae Steen McCall Caulder.

Boyd enjoyed fishing, gardening, and yard work. He also enjoyed trips to Grandfather Mountain. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys and Clemson Tigers fan. Boyd’s favorite time of year was Christmas. He took great joy in decorating his yard for the holiday. Boyd loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He also spent a lot of time with his nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Boyd was preceded in death by a son, Corey Allen McCall; and four sisters; Debra Elaine McCall, Peggy Diane McCall, Annie Louise Taylor, and Tammy Denise Caulder.

Boyd is survived by a son, Ashley McCall (Sonya) of West Columbia, SC; daughter, Christina Lynn Sanchez (Noe Sanchez Rosales) of Salisbury, NC; a brother, Walter Franklin McCall (Patricia) of Cheraw, SC; sisters, Barbara Ann Hodge (Junior) of China Grove, NC and Jenny Goins of Salisbury, NC; his grandchildren, Jaydon Howard Sanchez, Noah Alexander Sanchez, Elijah Paul McCall, and Isabella McCall; several loving nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Burroughs Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Bristow Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
